By confirming a booking with Bennett & Sterling, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

Bennett & Sterling specializes in bespoke travel planning and curated travel experiences.

We arrange travel services through independent suppliers including:

• Airlines and transportation providers

• Tour guides and activity operators

• Local destination partners

Bennett & Sterling acts as a travel planner and booking coordinator, and does not directly operate most travel services.

2.⁠ ⁠Booking Process

The typical booking process includes:

1. Initial consultation and travel planning

2. Preparation of a customized itinerary

3. Confirmation of services based on client approval

4. Payment of deposit or full amount

5. Final travel documentation and itinerary delivery

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and written confirmation is issued.

3.⁠ ⁠Supplier Terms

Each supplier involved in the travel itinerary may have their own terms and conditions.

These may include:

• Hotel cancellation policies

• Airline fare rules

• Permit regulations

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to comply with the terms of all suppliers involved in the travel arrangements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they:

• Arrive on time for flights, transfers, and scheduled activities

• Follow safety guidelines provided by activity operators

• Carry appropriate clothing and equipment for travel experiences

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in missed services or additional costs.

Certain travel experiences arranged by Bennett & Sterling may involve physical activity, including:

• High-altitude travel

Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate in such activities.

Bennett & Sterling recommends consulting a medical professional before undertaking physically demanding travel experiences.

6.⁠ ⁠Adventure Activity Risk

Adventure travel experiences carry inherent risks.

Participants acknowledge that such activities may involve hazards including:

• Weather conditions

• Terrain challenges

• Physical exertion

• Equipment use

Participation in such activities is voluntary and at the traveler’s own risk.

7.⁠ ⁠Travel Insurance

All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

Insurance should ideally cover:

• Baggage loss or delay

Bennett & Sterling shall not be responsible for financial losses resulting from lack of travel insurance.

will be communicated to suppliers but cannot always be guaranteed.

12.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Bennett & Sterling, the client confirms that they:

• Have read and understood these booking terms

• Accept the responsibilities associated with travel

• Agree to comply with supplier policies and safety guidelines
