Cancellation & Refund Policy

Travel bookings often involve multiple suppliers, each with their own cancellation rules.


Cancellation charges will therefore depend on the timing of cancellation and supplier policies.


Cancellation by Client

Cancellation charges are as follows:


More than 45 days before departure

Deposit may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies.


15–45 days before departure

50% of total booking cost.


Less than 15 days before departure or no-show

100% cancellation fee.


Certain services may be fully non-refundable once booked, including:

• Special permits

• Adventure expeditions

• Festival or peak season bookings

• Non-refundable airline tickets


Refund Processing

Where refunds are applicable:

• Processing time: 7–21 business days

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method


Payment gateway charges, bank charges and currency conversion fees may be deducted where applicable.


Cancellation by Bennett & Sterling

In rare circumstances where travel services must be cancelled due to operational reasons, Bennett & Sterling will:

• Offer alternative arrangements where possible, or

• Provide a refund for unused services.


Force Majeure

Refunds in the case of force majeure events will depend on supplier policies. Bennett & Sterling will make best efforts to obtain refunds from suppliers wherever possible.
