1. The required deposit or full payment is received

2. Written confirmation is issued by Bennett & Sterling

Until confirmation is issued, all arrangements remain subject to availability and price changes.

4.⁠ ⁠Payments

Payment requirements may vary depending on the nature of travel services booked.

Typical payment structure:

• 25–50% deposit at time of booking

• Balance payment 45 days before departure

Certain services may require 100% advance payment, including:

• Luxury train journeys

• Special permits

• Adventure expeditions

• Peak season bookings

Payments may be made through:

• Bank transfer

• Credit or debit card

• Online payment gateways

All bank charges, payment gateway fees, and foreign exchange charges must be borne by the client.

5.⁠ ⁠Pricing

All prices are based on:

• Supplier rates at the time of quotation

• Government taxes and levies

• Currency exchange rates (for international travel)

Prices may change due to:

• Currency fluctuations

• Government tax revisions

• Supplier price revisions

Clients will be informed of any revisions before booking confirmation.

6.⁠ ⁠Supplier Responsibility

Bennett & Sterling coordinates travel services with independent third-party suppliers including:

• Airlines

• Hotels

• Transport providers

• Activity operators

While we select suppliers carefully, Bennett & Sterling does not control their operations and therefore cannot be held responsible for:

• Operational delays

• Service failures

• Airline schedule changes

• Third-party service disruptions

7.⁠ ⁠Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries may require modifications due to:

• Weather conditions

• Safety considerations

• Operational constraints

• Government regulations

In such situations, reasonable alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.

8.⁠ ⁠Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess all required travel documentation including:

• Valid passport

• Identification documents

• Health or vaccination certificates

Bennett & Sterling may provide guidance but cannot guarantee visa approvals.

9.⁠ ⁠Adventure Activities

Some travel experiences involve physical risk including trekking, scuba diving, mountaineering, water sports, and similar activities.

Participants undertake such activities at their own risk and must follow safety guidelines provided by operators.

10.⁠ ⁠Travel Insurance

All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies

• Trip cancellations

• Adventure activities

• Loss of personal belongings

Bennett & Sterling shall not be liable for costs arising due to lack of adequate insurance.

11.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

Bennett & Sterling shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

• Natural disasters

• Political unrest

• Pandemics

• Government restrictions

• Airline cancellations

In such situations we will assist in rescheduling or adjusting travel plans where possible.

12.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

Bennett & Sterling’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services booked.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including:

• Loss of enjoyment

• Missed connections

• Personal expenses due to delays.

13.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
